  • Cons & things to know

  • My verdict

  • Best time to visit

  • How to get there

  • The staff was warm and go the extra mile to ensure you’re happy.

  • Comfortably relaxing, bars, and food all just minutes from each other.

  • Easy access to the beach and pools. Service by the poolside was great, a little long wait but really good.

  • The style of the hotel was modern.

  • Comfortable, WiFi accessible everywhere on the property.

  • 24 hour room service.

  • It came with a full bar alcohol, juice and other types of drinks.

  • Swim with the Dolphins - Dolphin Discovery facilities are inside the resort for the guests’ comfort.  Enjoy the specially designed natural habitat for dolphins, one of the fewest places you’ll be able to hang out with our adorable marine mammals in their natural habitat, the Caribbean Sea.

  • Food was honestly not that great. Taste and quality was not what I expected at the buffet, or any of the other restaurants. I am a local and I wanted to eat off property almost everyday.

  • The rooms are decent, not great.

  • The night time entertainment could use a little spicing up.

  • I was very disappointed with the beach. The sea water/bathing area was full of sea weed and very muddy.

  • The bathroom are tight to move around in and there are hardly any rooms with a balcony.

  • Room service took 30-45 minutes which left the food cold most of the time.

  • They ran out of everything. (no straws (not even the eco friendly ones), beach towels etc. Imagine drinking a Pina colada without a straw.

Jamaica has good weather all year round. In that regard you can book your stay anytime throughout the year. However, there’s a difference in nightly rates whether you book in high or low season. Low season is cheaper and usually less crowded. Low season for hotels in Jamaica are usually from May - November.
